Services and Fees

    Step 1: Assessment

    $210. 90 minutes. This is the first step in our therapy process. In this first session, we will take more time together so that I can do my best to get to know you and what has brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current circumstances and your history. Together we will come up with a treatment plan that works for you. Virtual or in-person available.

    Step 1: Couples Assessment

    $210. 90 minutes. The couples assessment, like the individual, is when I will do my best to get to know you as a couple and what you’re seeking for your relationship. In this session we will talk about your history as a couple and your goals for treatment. Virtual or in-person available.

    Step 2: Individual Session

    $180. 50 minutes. This is your one-on-one time. You will have space to process and reflect while I make observations and ask questions in alignment with what you’re hoping to get out of our time together. Virtual or in-person available.

    Step 2: Couples Session

    $210. 90 minutes. In couples work, it is your relationship that is in therapy. Both people will be present for a couples session, though there can be the occasional individual session as needed too. Typically, when there are more people present, an hour long session can feel like it is ending right as we start to find our flow, which is why a couples session is instead 90 minutes. Virtual or in-person available.

    Clinical Supervision - $100

    I offer supervision for LCSWAs, LCASAs, or both. This rate is for 1 hour per week to be in compliance with board regulations. Virtual (with board approval) or in-person at my office available.
